Delivery
The delivery times provided by CRG Creations Pty Ltd are estimates only. CRG Creations Pty Ltd will not be liable for loss or damage caused by deliveries beyond its control. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under shipping terms.
Delayed Delivery
CRG Creations Pty Ltd uses courier services for all items within Australia due to size limitation with Australia post. All consignments are booked through Transdirect Shipping Services. Once the consignment is booked and collected by the courier service, the couriers online tracking should update, some services tracking is less than reliable and not time accurate.
Quoted prices and delivery dates are only estimations and cannot be guaranteed.
Once shipped CRG Creations Pty Ltd have no further responsibility and liability over the order. We can not manage or control the shipping services as they are Third party service that is not under CRG Creations Pty Ltd control. All consignments have appropriate insurance cover for the event of a lost consignment. Delayed shipping is common for large items shipping interstate which seems to be worse for order of multiple items. If delays are extended both CRG Creations Pty Ltd and the recipient and submit an enquiry with Transdirect and the courier used as two the where about of the consignment. This must be done several times before any action can be taken towards marking the consignment as lost before any insurance claims can be made. If insurance is claimed, once redeemed CRG Creations Pty Ltd will send out the shipment again.
Shipping can be sent with Australia Post at your request, but there will be additional postage & handling fees as it requires us to take the items to the post office.
Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. CRG Creations Pty Ltd cannot accommodate all address change requests.
CRG Creations Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
The Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.
Refunds & Returns
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
• Vehicle in a crash / written off / damaged / not working is classed as change of mind
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase.
Returns must be in as new condition.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty and terms.

We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error.
Gift cards, promo codes and promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.
Returns must be made in writing to info@crg.com.au within the timeframe listed on the returns page unless faulty.
Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. CRG Creations Pty Ltd will not pay to return these items to you.
