BODY LIFT
This kit has different pipe lengths and bend angles as it is designed to work with a 1 and 2 inch body lift. Will not suit a NON body lift.
BULL BAR FITMENT*
Our intercooler kit is designed to fit with the factory Navara bumper bar, it will also fit with some aftermarket bull bars with smaller mounting brackets.
We know This kit suits Ironman Commercial Deluxe and Shoreline and a few other bull bars that mount on the front face of the chassis rail but we recommend our bull bar specific kit if you are unsure of the mountings.
This kit does not fit aftermarket bull bars with over sized mountings that are inboard of the chassis rail where the intercooler piping needs to go.
When installing it is important to ensure there is 10-15mm of clearance between the intercooler pipes and anything else around it to ensure there will be no fouling and damage to the piping.
Please note We have found that WARN winches DO NOT fit with internally mounted winch position in most bull bar and with our intercooler piping. Warn winches are too wide and do not suit the application, Similar issue with winches that have there control box built into the end cap of the winch, there overall width is too wide for internal fitment

Some bull bars do require minor material removal on the side of the bull bar beams and or mounting brackets that are unnecessarily over sized.

The PWR Racer Series core is statistically up to 60% lighter and 8% more efficient due to PWR’s extruded light weight tube design. This helps lower temps even quicker again especially in low range driving start stop, eliminating the need for fans and fancy gimmicks. Regardless of which intercooler you choose, fans are not need with either one of our Nissan Navara NP300 intercooler kits. Is it worth the difference? If you want the best of the best from the best for your car, then yes the Racer is the way to go!
